Players at all divisions and classifications are guaranteed 3 evaluations at each applicable division so long as the player is eligible to attend evaluations for that classification.
**At U10 (2015) there will only be a AAA and B/BB team. Players may register for AAA only, B/BB only, or will need to register for both sets of evaluations if they wish to attend each.
**At U13 (2012) there will be no B/BB team. Players may register for AAA & A/AA or A/AA only.
**Players planning to try out for U14 AAA or U14 A/AA must complete both the in class on and on ice portion of the Body Checking Clinic offered through CMHA. This will be checked prior to evaluations. If it has not been completed, the players will be ineligible to participate in evaluations.
Evaluation Eligibility
Cambridge Players:
*The evaluation form (link below) must be completed with payment to be eligible to attend evaluations.
Zone Players (Hespeler, Ayr, & Plattsville):
*Players who reside in our Zone centers (Hespeler, Ayr, & Plattsville) must bring a Permission to Skate from their Home Association to the first evaluation
**Note: Players currently rostered on a Cambridge team must still provide a permission to skate form
*The Permission to Skate MUST have a parent signature at the bottom of the page
*The evaluation form (link below) must be completed with payment to be eligible to attend evaluations
F1 Waivers
Incoming
F-1 Waivers are required for Players coming from another Zone Centre.
Players attending Cambridge evaluations from another Centre must complete the evaluation form and pay the evaluation fee in order to be eligible for evaluations
The F-1 Waiver from their home center MUST be presented to the coach prior to stepping on the ice for evaluations
Releases
If a player is released from AAA evaluations from a Cambridge team by the Coach and wishes to obtain an F-1 Waiver, please email BOTH of the following people and provide the information listed below:

Optional Prep Sessions
There are prep phase sessions available for all ages U10-U16.
These sessions are optional and no evaluations will take place during the prep sessions
The sessions are available on a first come first serve basis and there is a cancellation fee for any withdrawal after registering
There is a cost of $20.00 per session and you must register for each session individually
You must be eligible to try out in Cambridge (Cambridge players, Cambridge zone players registered for AAA tryouts, and imports who are currently rostered to a Cambridge team on an F1 waiver) and be registered for evaluations in order to be eligible to attend the prep sessions
