Updated COVID Protocols
As expected the City of Cambridge has confirmed that we have moved into "RED ZONE", effective Monday, November 23, 2020.

Beginning this Monday, November 23, 2020, the following new protocols will be in effect:

  • There are up to 10 people allowed on the ice to a maximum of 9 players (8 skaters and a goalie) and 1 coach
  • A trainer will be allowed into a designated area
  • The ice is to be used for training (eg. no games or scrimmage)
  • No contact permitted for team or individual sports, this includes training activities i.e 2 on 1, loose puck battles, etc
  • Parents (one parent per player) are permitted
  • No spectators are permitted in the arena (no media, scouts)
  • Covid screening forms must be completed before entry to the arena (currently being provided)
  • Require contact information for all parents who are to remain physically distanced in the designated area (this has already been implemented)
  • A reminder that masks must be worn
The coaching staff will have to work with Cheryl in order to schedule practices for the Red and Black teams.

We are meeting with the City on Monday night and further information will be distributed if anything changes.

CMHA will continue to follow the guidance of the Public Health Unit as the situation continues to evolve.
