Extra Off Ice Training
The coaching staff will be holding extra off ice training prior to our 9:30pm practice time and after our 4:00pm practice time. These sessions will be approximately 30 minutes long and will take place outdoors so dress weather appropriate. The extra training is not mandatory but we feel it is necessary to be successful as we move forward with the rest of our season. Those who will be participating please plan to arrive by 8:45pm for the late practice and plan pick up time for 5:45pm for the early practice time.
These extra training sessions will start Thursday November 22, 2012 at 8:45pm.
