Hornets give Kitchener a tough battle!
Our Hornets battled one of the top teams in Ontario,the Kitchener Rangers recently won the Georgetown Select tournament and although outshooting us 21-8 our Hornets kept them to the outside and played some of the best positional hockey all season! The team looked very strong in the first period and never gave up! Our goal now is to go into Guelph and get a Hornets win! We have 5 games left until the new year and there is no reason we cant go 5-0. Great job kids! Special thanks to the Novice selects that were out in force to cheer on our team, it really felt like a playoff type atmosphere!
