Practice Notes
Great effort this afternoon at practice by all players!
We tried a few new drills today, and by the end of practice the kids seem to understand why they were doing the exercises.
I have created a new page (left menu) entitled "FILES". By following that link you will find the practice drills utilized this afternoon and the formations we're hoping to teach the players over the next little bit. The hope here is that they use their creativity rather than simply drive the net.
I'll try and post as many of our drills as possible over the season - please take the time to explain the drills and ideas to your players as this will help them personally and definitely help the coaches as well.
