Novice White- Month in Review
The Novice White Hawks started the 2017-2018 season with a hard fought win in the Season's Home Opener vs the Hamilton Huskies 5-3. The Hawks showed that working hard in practices pays off with timely scoring and superb team defence.

Our Hawks kept the momentum going on the road with an offensive explosion over the Burlington Bulldogs with a 10-1 win. The Hawks returned home to the Gardens to face the wolves from Waterloo. The veterans lead the way on the scoreboard while the team continued to play solid defence with players sacrificing their bodies and face masks in the final minutes to preserve a 5-4 victory.
In the final game in October the Hawks traveled to Kitchener to take on the Jr. Rangers in a battle of undefeated teams early in the season. The Hawks ran into a juggernaut and Kitchener handed the young Hawks their first blemish on the season. Although the the score sheet noted the loss it was not a reflection of the hard work our boys delivered. This was the best game played as a team so far this season.
To date the Hawks have had three games with at least and hat trick recorded by different players, our forwards throughout are building chemistry each and every time on the ice. The Hawks net minders are providing timely, even spectacular saves while sharing the net. Our Protectors of the Blue Line show great pride and determination in keeping the puck out of our zone and our net any way possible.
These Hawks are eager to get back to work and continue to build for November, as the youngest Hawks team in the nest, our White Hawks are showing great passion and a love for this game. We are excited to continue to watch this team develop and grow at an unprecedented pace.
