Parent Meeting and Information Session
Hi Parents,
We will be holding our Parent Meeting and Information Session on Wednesday before our practice. The meeting will be at 8:30pm at Hespeler Arena with the exact location to be determined. Brent and I will introduce ourselves, explain our Season Plan, outline our code of conduct and the expectations we have for our players and you as parents, select parent to team roles, as well as share our budget and allow for any questions that you may have. To keep the meeting quick and to the point we will be sending out our Season Plan in advance of the meeting which will contain our code of conduct, outline descriptions of parent roles and our budget. We ask that you review this and bring your questions to the meeting. In order to do so we do require each parent's email so if you can send them to my email which is available on the team site, that would be great. We will also pass out the Intent to Play Form so that we can obtain your signature and a sheet for you to fill in your contact information so that our Team Manager and we have a completed contact list.
We appreciate your time and we look forward to formally meeting you on Wednesday. We look forward to a great, fun-filled season.
