Saturday will be a great team building event for the kids. please see the details below and also the document attached to be completed as you step onto the bus Saturday morning.
We are anticipating 19 degrees and sunny on this day so shorts may be the best choice for comfort; however, a pair of pants can easily be prepared as well. I will have T-shirts for the players as they enter the bus. These team builder shirts will be worn during the event.
The Bus will accept 17 players and 23 Adults. We will certainly include the coaching staff on the bus which leaves us with 19 spaces. Allow me to set a simple rule that sees each family having the ability to have one parent join the party. Parents are not required to attend however, you are certainly welcome. If you'd like to drop your player and carry on you are more than welcome to do so. Prepare your player with a snack and they will be well taken care of. I will also do an instagram LIVE during the event at times for the group to stay in touch.

Itinerary
8:40 - Bus departs Duncan MacIntosh Arena Parking lot.
10:00 - 10:30 : Arrival, Intros, Energizer
10:30 - 11:45 : Team building + Low Ropes
11:45 - 12:15 : Pizza Lunch
12:15 - 2:15 : Climbing + Giant Swing
2:15 - 3:00 : Bonfire
3:00 - 4:00 : Return to Duncan MacIntosh Arena
