As we approach AAA evaluations this weekend and next week, we are seeing increased requests for F1 waivers.
Players will not be granted an F1 waiver until after the completion of the third evaluation if released by the coach. We must have confirmation from the coach regarding the players they have released before we will issue an F1 waiver.
Parents/Players who are requesting an F1 waiver must send an email with ALL of the following details:
-Player First Name
-Player Last Name
-Player Date of birth:
-Whether they are a goaltender or a player
-City of Residence
-Home Association
-Division
-AAA Centre/Zone Center
-Player/Parent Guardian Email
