The Peewee Select Hawks went undefeated on their way to winning the
Stoney Creek Winterfest Select Tournament this past weekend.
team defense and solid goaltending by Jacob Lainey and Adam Shoemaker
saw them give up only 2 goals over the entire tournament. A tenacious
forecheck and timely scoring proved too much for their opponents with
scores for the games of 12-0 vs. Ajax, 3-0 vs. Kingston, 5-2 vs.
Oakville (Semi-Final), and 8-0 vs. Kingston (Final). Congratulations
goes out to all team members for their hard work and all the parents for
their enthusiasm and support.

This team fights for every inch of the ice and simply wears out the opposition. Read More
