Cambridge Minor Hockey Association strongly believes in providing the opportunity for parent, player, and volunteer feedback that is positive or constructive.
We welcome the opportunity to review any feedback as it relates to our programming, processes, coaches, etc.
Please note, this is not the appropriate forum to report maltreatment. This should be reported through the SafeSport reporting button. Issues specific to a team should follow the proper avenue for reporting which would be to the parent rep first.
Any feedback received by our office will be edited to maintain the anonymity of the person providing the feedback but is required to confirm the validity of the feedback.
