Important Notice
After June 30th, Hockey Canada will begin charging a $2.00 Convenience Fee for all on-line payments.  This fee will be added to your cart and will be paid directly to Hockey Canada to support the HC electronic registration system.

Registration is currently closed.  To add a player's name to the Waiting List, please call the Hockey Office at 519-621-5890.  Leave the player's name, date of birth and a contact phone number on the answering machine.
  

ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ON-LINE AND PAY FOR REGISTRATION BEFORE THEY CAN PARTICIPATE IN ANY CMHA PROGRAM.  This includes Rep Tryouts.

Payment Update:  Accepted payment methods - on-line credit card, cheque/money order and INTERAC during the months of August and September ONLY in the CMHA Office (click Office Info for office location).  Please choose cheque or money order, for payment method, if you wish to pay using INTERAC.

If you have just moved or are moving to Cambridge from another City, please fill out a Player Transfer form and submit to CMHA office.

Galt Hockey School Registration

Registration for Learn to Skate and Hockey Basics is not available online.
