Our Poppy Street assignment is under way!
The date is set!
On Thursday January 19th our Novice Select team will have the honour of presenting four, first of their kind, camouflage Cambridge Hawks jerseys. This special event will take place at 7:30pm at the Cambridge Armoury.
This event will be to honour our Veterans as well as our
Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada and the Royal Canadian Legions Branch 121, 126 & 272.
In order for the players to earn their own camouflage jerseys they must complete a 2-3 minute presentation on a local Poppy Street to be given before a game or practice.
Attached is a guide of all the Cambridge Poppy Streets so please sign up early - we would rather avoid any duplicate presentations.
