Cambridge Hawks welcome our U14 AAA Assistant Coach
Cambridge Minor Hockey welcomes our U14 AAA non-parent assistant coach for the 2024-2025 season, Jeremy Martin.
Jeremy grew up in Elmire, Ontario playing minor hockey through the Ontario Minor Hockey Association. After minor hockey, Jeremy decided to forego junior hockey and pursued other hockey opportunities in the United States, playing for Liberty University from 2012-2017. Jeremy played over 100 games for the Flames as both a forward and defenseman. During his time at Liberty, Jeremy helped the Flames Division III team reach their first national tournament and was a key part of the leadership core in his junior and senior years.
Following university, Jeremy returned to the competitive hockey scene as an assistant coach with the U15 AAA Hamilton Huskies and spent a short time as a scout for the Waterloo Siskins Junior B team.
In addition to his experience coaching AAA hockey under Alliance, Jeremy has also spent a significant time as an on-ice skills development coach with The Zone in Waterloo, and as a co-founder of Next Step Development Hockey.
