Select Coaching Application 2024-2025 (Cambridge Minor Hockey)

I, the applicant, agree that the decisions of the Select Coach Selection Committee are final and I hold the Committee, CMHA (Cambridge Minor Hockey Association), and any other governing party harmless for the decision. 

I acknowledge that I may be removed from any coaching position assigned at any time, at the sole discretion of the Cambridge Minor Hockey Association. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CMHA for my failure to abide by CMHA, Alliance, OHF, and/or Hockey Canada guidelines. 

If granted a coaching position, I will support the CMHA's philosophy of player development and will promote the playing of hockey at the highest level. I will accept full responsibility for my actions while acting as a team official of the Cambridge Minor Hockey Association. I understand that it is at the CMHA's sole discretion of whether or not to proceed with the application process and that not all candidates will be granted an interview. 

I also agree by this submission to adhere to the CMHA coaches code of conduct. 

By submitting your application, you consent to having your name published on the Cambridge Minor Hockey Association website as a coaching applicant for the 2024-2025 hockey season. 

If granted a team, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete the Respect in Sport - Activity Leader, Gender Identity and Expressions Course, and Vulnerable Sector Check within 2 months of being granted the team. You also agree to complete any additional coaching certifications deemed required by the nature of your position.
