What a Game!
We did it! With 11 seconds to spare! Wow, kids, way to go. Shorthanded too! Way to pull it off, even if you left us parents in turmoil until literally the last few seconds. Too bad the kids couldn't hear the bar erupt with screams and cheers from the Cambridge parents.
There were so many groans as shots were taken and blocked, so many close calls. We were on the edge of our seats. And then, we get a penalty. Groan. But Dre got past them all and popped one in for our first win. Jacob did us proud in net and didn't let in a goal for a shutout too. Congratulations team!
