Houseleague Tournament
The 2011-12 season has started with a bang for the Flyers. The first half of the season ended with the much anticipated Christmas Tournament. After a slow start in their first game the Flyers rallied big time! Upon reaching the semi-finals they all knew that there was a lot of hockey left to play. The team's commitment to team play, strong defense, key forechecking and offensive play, and of course strong goaltending ended with a championship. Going into the tournament sitting in second place for the regular season the team played with an "all hands on deck" mentality. This will bode well going forward to the second half of the season. Congrats to all the players.
