What a great start in our 1st tournament
Cambridge Hawks U-14'A took a trip to Newmarket this past weekend to battle in the Renegades tournament.
The team was ready and took down West Niagara, Newmarket and Caledon with a combined score of 12-2 including 1 shut-out and six different goal scorers. The 4th round robin game against a much larger Oshawa Generals handed the team a 2-0 loss, however the table was set for a rematch Sunday night
After resting up the team went in to the finals with the believe in each other and the willingness to sacrifice what it takes.....
At the end of a fast, physical, hard fought, end-to-end battle, the Hawks were soaring with a 1-0 W
