Although the score wouldn't indicate it but the hawks played there best game of the year matching to powerful London squad shift for shift.  This evenly played match was 1-0 until 5 minutes left in the 3rd when London went up by a pair.  The Hawks defence was particularly at its best throughout and worked extremely well as a unit.  Josh Melo made some timely saves to keep the game close.  Owen Rivard was dangerous in the offensive zone all night and picked up the Hawks player of the game.
