Evaluation Cost

Registration for B/BB or MD Evaluations

Guarantees 3 evaluations at MD or B/BB

Players at all divisions and classifications are guaranteed 3 evaluations at each applicable division so long as the player is eligible to attend evaluations for that classification.

Cambridge Players:
*The evaluation form (link below) must be completed with payment to be eligible to attend evaluations.
Evaluation Registration
Register for U8 MD, U9 MD or U18 B/BB only
Optional Prep Sessions
There are prep phase sessions available for all ages U8, U9, and U18.
These sessions are optional and no evaluations will take place during the prep sessions
The sessions are available on a first come first serve basis and there is a cancellation fee for any withdrawal after registering
There is a cost of $20.00 per session and you must register for each session individually
You must be eligible to try out in Cambridge and be registered for evaluations in order to be eligible to attend the prep sessions

**If there are less than 10 players registered for any one session, CMHA reserves the right to cancel and/or change the date, time, and location of the session. If a session is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Hockey Canada Assist Fund
The 2024-25 Assist Fund season will be launching on August 1st.
In preparation, Hockey Canada Foundation would like to provide some important information and updates below
- The Assist Fund commits to distributing $1 million to kids across Canada to help them access the game of hockey. Once this limit has been reached, the Assist Fund application portal will be closed, and no further applications will be accepted for the remainder of the season. In addition, any applications which were submitted but were not assessed prior to the limit being reached will not be approved, regardless of whether they would have otherwise met HCF’s eligibility criteria.
