Tough Battle with Nine Players!
Hawks Lose 3-2 to go down two games to none vs the Woodstock Navy Vets. With 9 skaters going into Woodstock, on the big ice, the Hawks played an incredible game, out shooting the Vets 35-10, but could not put enough past the Woodstock tender who stood on his head. Call ups Talbot and Rae each had strong games and each contributed with assists. VanDerGeld sniped both Hawk goals. Do or die back at the Aud Thursday night.
