Annual General Meeting

Cambridge Minor Hockey will hold the 2019 AGM on Tuesday June 11th in the Preston Auditorium Hall.  The meeting will begin at 7pm with registration starting at 6:30pm

  Proposed Changes to the Constitution
  Members running for Board Positions

Group A Officers and Board of Directors will be elected on this date along with the Vice President or Travel and the Supervisor of MD Coaches.

The CMHA Constitution can be found on our website under About Us.  Please refer to it for for details on Officers and Directors' positions and qualifications for nominations.

Nominations for Officer and Director positions are due in writing 30 days before the AGM which is May 13th.  The form that must be used can be found here, please submit to the CMHA Office by email.  If an application has not been received for a position, by that date, nominations will be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
The persons nominating as well as the seconder must be current Members of CMHA.
