Recognizing our Volunteers

Do you know a Volunteer who deserves recognition?

CMHA would like to recognize a Volunteer each month.  The Volunteer chosen will receive a gift card from East Side Mario's.
Please complete the online form found here with a brief description of why you feel they should be recognized.  Deadline for December's Volunteer submission is December 6, 2019
