Cambridge Minor Hockey Association will be holding our AGM on June 20, 2024 at the Cambridge Golf Club at 1346 Clyde Road in Cambridge starting at 7 pm.
Registration will begin at 6:30 pm.
Cambridge Minor Hockey Association has the following board positions coming available for nominations at this year's AGM:
Executive Officer Positions
President**
(2 year term)
Vice President, House League
(2 year term)
Junior Vice President, House League
(1 year term)
Junior Vice President, Travel
(2 year term)
Qualifications for Nomination
**In order to qualify for the position of President, the Member or Members so nominated must have served at least one of the last two years as an Executive Officer.
In order to qualify for any of these Executive Officers positions, the Member or Members so nominated must have served at least two of the last three years as an Executive Director.

Director of Marketing & Fundraising

Equipment Manager
(2 year term)
Director of Sponsorship

Director of Safe Hockey, Rep

Member(s) wishing to nominate someone or be nominated to stand for an Officer position must serve the CMHA Hockey Office in writing, their intentions to stand, 30 days prior to the annual meeting.
Signed nomination forms must be submitted to the Hockey Office by the 30-day deadline.
Forms must have a mover and a seconder.
Only original documents will be accepted for each nomination.
Members nominated by another member will be contacted by the hockey office prior to the AGM and asked if they agree to stand. For those unable to attend the annual meeting, they must send a letter stating their intentions to stand for election to the CMHA Hockey Office by the 30-day deadline of the Annual Meeting.

In keeping with the ONCA legislation, Cambridge Minor Hockey Association is currently working towards transitioning our current constitution into by-laws.
Anyone wishing to submit a proposed change to the constitution (pages 1-8), must do so by May 23, 2024. Below is the form that must be used for proposed changes. It must be submitted to
