The Cambridge Minor Hockey Association (CMHA) is seeking to appoint a volunteer to its Board of Directors in the Director of Tournaments and Volunteers position.
The primary role of the Director of Tournaments and Volunteers is as follows:
-Be responsible for the recruitment, retention, and screening protocols of volunteers for CMHA.
-Work with all directors of CMHA to determine volunteer needs as well as to reach our target market for volunteers.
-Work with the Directors of Safe Hockey to ensure that proper screening protocols are used for coaches and bench staff.
-Manage the list of disallowed volunteers/participants/spectators.
-Organize, manage and promote tournaments run by CMHA in conjunction with CMHA staff.
