As part of our ongoing commitment to building strong, competitive, and development-focused AAA teams, CMHA is currently in the process of reviewing applications from coaches who have expressed interest in leading our AAA programs for the 2026-2027 season.
To ensure that we make well-informed and balanced decisions, Cambridge Minor Hockey selection committee is seeking feedback from individuals who may have direct or indirect experience working with, observing, or interacting with these coaching candidates. Your insight is extremely valuable to us, as it helps provide a broader perspective beyond resumes and formal interviews.
Specifically, we are interested in feedback related to the candidates’ coaching style, communication skills, leadership qualities, ability to develop athletes, and overall conduct within a team environment. We also welcome any observations regarding their professionalism, sportsmanship, and alignment with the values and expectations of our AAA programs. Positive strengths, as well as any areas for growth, are equally helpful in supporting a fair and thorough evaluation process.
Please be assured that all feedback shared will be treated with discretion and used solely for the purpose of assessing coaching suitability. All feedback forms will be validated through our office staff, names and email addresses redacted and then forwarded to the selection committee. Honest and constructive input will assist our selection committee in identifying coaches who will best support athlete development, foster a positive team culture, and represent our organization with integrity.
