Representative AAA (Cambridge Minor Hockey)

Paul Sinclair joins the Cambridge Hawks U14 AAA with over 30 years of coaching and scouting experience across all levels of minor hockey and also Junior A and Junior C. He is currently the Head Coach for the #1 ranked team in Ontario the Kitchener Jr Rangers U18 AA team. Also As the founder of Breakaway Hockey Advisory & Consulting, Paul has dedicated his career to mentoring elite athletes and helping them navigate the transition to AAA/AA, Junior, NCAA, and University hockey. 

As the season begins to wind down for everyone as well with  our U13 AAA team  we would like to officially welcome families and provide some background on the U14 AAA program and coaching staff for the 2026–2027 season. Our goal as a program is to develop high-character athletes who compete hard, support one another, and continue to grow both on and off the ice. We believe in creating an environment that is structured, competitive, and positive where players are challenged daily and held to a high standard while still feeling supported.

Prior to Sunday’s matchup against the Sun County Panthers, the Cambridge Jr. Redhawks held a special ceremonial puck drop to honor those who have served. Veterans Terry Smith and Nathan McDaniel were present for the pregame ceremony.
