    Fee:  $90.00 payable at the end of completing this form through PayPal.  You don't need a PayPal account, just a credit card.

    This Registration form and payment must be completed with payment in order for the Player to participate in Tryouts.

    The $90.00 fee covers both AAA and A/AA tryouts. 

    Players at age U10 or U11 are guaranteed 3 evaluations at AAA and at A/AA.

    Players U12 and above are guaranteed 2 evaluations at AAA and at A/AA.
