    Fee:  $60.00 payable at the end of completing this form through PayPal.  You don't need a PayPal account, just a credit card.

    This Registration form and payment must be completed with payment in order for the Player to participate in Tryouts.

    Players are guaranteed 2 evaluations at at B/BB

    NOTE: There will be no stand alone B/BB tryouts at the U10, U11, or U12 divisions. These will be combined with A/AA. Please visit the A/AA page for the tryout form.
