Payment Details

Please indicate for each of the prep phase dates below whether your player will or will not be attending. If attending, the fee of $25.00 per session will be charged upon form submission. If you select not attending, you will not be charged for the indicated session and your player will not be registered for that session.

Please read the below information carefully:

Prep sessions are optional. These sessions are not tryouts. No evaluations will take place during prep sessions. Your child is not required to attend any of these prep sessions prior to tryouts. 

Sessions are available for registration on a first come first serve basis. Please only register for sessions that you plan to attend. **Withdrawal from any session(s) will result in a $5 per session fee to be applied. Cancellations after March 25, 2025 will not be refunded.  

All sessions must be paid in full prior to being permitted on the ice. 

Please register for the appropriate age and session(s) your child wants to attend. The age group will be for the 2025-2026 Playing Season. You can register for any number of sessions for your child's age group, as space permits. You must register for each session your child wants to attend. The cost of each session is $25.00. 

The deadline for registration will be April 10th, 2025. No late registrations will be accepted. 

Prep sessions are only open to eligible Cambridge players who are registered to play with Cambridge Minor Hockey in the 2024/2025 season.

In order to be eligible to attend prep sessions, your player must also be registered for tryouts. This will be cross-referenced. Please do not sign up for the prep sessions if you are not planning to tryout. The refund policy above will apply. 

**If there are less than 18 players registered for any one session, CMHA reserves the right to cancel and/or change the date, time, and location. If a session is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
