Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend off!
There are only a couple points to cover for this weekend.
Picture day
Please remember that picture day is tomorrow, Saturday November 22nd. The league has posted the times on our website. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to be fully dressed 30 minutes before your scheduled ice time. Don’t forget to bring your cheque book or cash.
Warm ups
In an attempt to reduce the games cut short by curfew, we will be experimenting with 2 minute warm-ups. In order we get the full game in, we still need to ensure that we are ready to take the ice and start the clock as soon as the doors to the ice resurfacer are closed. I understand we are cramped for space, but it is recommended that the children stretch prior to taking the ice in order to take advantage of the 2 minutes to warm up.
Time Keepers
Please continue to spread the word. Time keeping is an ideal way for students to accumulate their volunteer hours or for parents to help support their children.
Medical Information
Please ensure your team’s trainer has the most up-to-date information regarding your child’s medical condition(s) and/or history. If you need to update or provide a Medical Information Sheet, one can be accessed here for download.
**Update** Christmas Tournament
For those of you who like to plan... I have added placeholders during the Christmas break that outline when and where our division will be expecting to play. The seeding for the Tournament will take place in early December. We should be able to firm up timeslots at that point.
