Phase Red and House League
Submitted By Terri Peach on Tuesday, November 24, 2020
Thank you for being patient with CMHA in this unprecedented time. We are working on scenarios that will work for our membership and volunteers. Before we commit to the final decision, we have set up a poll that is open now and will close Tuesday Nov 24th to collect important information. We cannot express the importance of parents filling this out (1 per player only). Player name must be submitted so we can ensure no one has been missed or there are duplicates. The majority will carry us forward.

Scenario 1: We hold session 2 until we move back to Orange/Yellow/Green. (Fees/refunds will be prorated)

Scenario 2: We will be possibly creating 5 teams from your division for those with full rosters. We will move to approx. 8-9 players ,1 coach on the ice per team. These sessions would be training only with NO SCRIMMAGES OR GAMES (including U15-U21) We are only allowed 1 team per hour on the ice so the 4 ice times will need to be rotated evenly through 4/5 teams as we cannot acquire any more ice times. Fees will also stay the same even with less ice-time.  For an example:

If 5 teams:                                                      If 4 Teams:

Each player will keep the jersey they presently have, when we move back to Orange/Yellow/green, they will move back to the original teams.

CMHA encourages all families to participate at their comfort level. If you registered and paid for the next period, and you wish to withdraw under the new conditions CMHA will offer you a prorated refund.
