U12/13 HL, 2021-2022 (Cambridge Minor Hockey)

Please review the below statement from the City of Cambridge regarding players turning 12 as of January 1, 2022 We received word from Waterloo Public Health that any youth turning twelve after January 1, 2022 will be eligible for a twelve week exemption period to show their Proof of Vaccination (from their date of birth).

All Players must have the Parent Respect in Sport certification on their Hockey Canada profile.  A link to this course can be found on the Home Page of our website. In order for players to continue to participant, this course must be completed by December 15, 2021. If this course has already been completed, there is no need to do it again.
