INTRODUCING OUR U13 AA/A HEAD COACH FOR THE 2026-2027 SEASON JOHN FULLERTON SR. Getting to know Coach John: What inspired you to become a hockey coach? Initially I was a parent and was watching from the sidelines. Rather than complain about how things were going, I decided to try to be part of the solution. That was over 25 years ago. Since then I found that I loved working with my players and trying to help kids achieve their Hockey goals. How do you foster team culture? I am all about the team. Once the season begins, I go over team goals with all the players and we mutually agree on what we would like to achieve. What does it feel like to be coached by me? Tough but fair. I do my best to try and get every player to reach their individual potential. What do you want your players to learn or take away from this season? That playing on a team and working together is an amazing experience, filled with life-long memories. Who is your favorite NHL team? Team Canada Who is your favorite retired player?
