My boys playing and me wanting to teach them the game as I learned it through several great coaches ! How do you foster team culture? Fostering a positive team culture involves building trust, promoting open communication, and aligning shared values to create an environment where members feel valued and secure ! What does it feel like to be coached by me? Hopefully filled with fun and hard work ! What do you want your players to learn or take away from this season? To building foundational skills, technical proficiency, and character through a, safe, fun environment Who is your favorite NHL team? Toronto Maple Leafs Who is your favorite retired player? Favorite Current Player? Wayne Gretzky - grew up watching him break every record there is ! Conor McDavid - He just amazes me every time I watch him speed strength smarts ! 2026 Stanley Cup Champs are... Leafs...lol, no just kidding I'd say Colorado Who is your favorite music artist? Tragically Hip Away from the rink you will most likely find me... At work Anything else you want people to know about you? My whole family has played all levels of hockey and it has been an important part of my life !
