INTRODUCING OUR U16 AA/A HEAD COACH FOR THE 2026-2027 SEASON
KEVIN ROBSON
Getting to know Coach Kevin:
What inspired you to become a hockey coach?
The love and passion for the game and wanting to teach and help others to understand how it's played.
How do you foster team culture?
As a head coach, my philosophy is built on a team-first mentality, where success is driven by the collective commitment of good people and great teammates. Talent alone doesn't win championships - character, accountability, and selflessness do.
I believe in a structed, system-based approach to the game, where every player understands their role and responsibilities within a disciplined framework.
A strong system provides the foundation for creativity, when players trust the structure, they gain the confidence to make dynamic plays without sacrificing team integrity.

What does it feel like to be coached by me?
Beyond team success, player development is also a top priority. I am committed to helping each athlete refine their skills, grow their hockey IQ, and prepare for the next level

What do you want your players to learn or take away from this season?
Ultimately, my goal is to develop a culture where hard work, respect, and a relentless commitment to each other lead to both individual growth and team success.
