INTRODUCING OUR U10 B/BB HEAD COACH FOR THE 2026-2027 SEASON
BRAD KNIGHT
Getting to know Coach Brad:
What inspired you to become a hockey coach?
I love the game, but more than that, I love helping young players grow, both as hockey players and as people. Hockey teaches accountability, teamwork, and resilience, and coaching gives me the chance to pass those lessons on.
How do you foster team culture?
By setting clear expectations, being consistent, and making sure every player feels valued. Effort, respect, and being a good teammate come first.

What does it feel like to be coached by me?
Structured, fair, and competitive, but supportive. I’ll push you to be better, hold you accountable, and always have your back. You’ll know where you stand and what you need to work on.

What do you want your players to learn or take away from this season?
Confidence, work ethic, and pride in doing things the right way. Wins matter, but development, character, and learning how to be a great teammate matter more.

Who is your favorite NHL team?
Montreal Canadians
Who is your favorite retired player? Favorite Current Player?
Saku Koivu — an incredible leader who played with heart, resilience, and always put his team first.
Cole Caufield — elite scorer, high compete level, and proves that size doesn’t limit effort or impact.

2026 Stanley Cup Champs are...
Montreal Canadiens

Who is your favorite music artist?
Jelly Roll

Away from the rink you will most likely find me...
With my family, staying active, watching hockey, or planning practices and player development.

Anything else you want people to know about you?
I care deeply about my players’ development and experience. I coach with honesty, passion, and purpose, and I’m fully invested in helping every player reach their potential.
