I want to share my passion for hockey with my son and his teammates. How do you foster team culture? I believe you foster a culture by setting and defining the expectations at the beginning of the season while reinforcing positive examples. What does it feel like to be coached by me? I hope it feels that you are developing into a better player while having a lot of fun. What do you want your players to learn or take away from this season? At the U8 age I hope that all of the players have fun, show great improvement and enjoy being part of a team. Who is your favorite NHL team? Leafs Who is your favorite retired player?
