Hawks Downed by 99ers
With most players back in the lineup, the Hawks battled the 99ers to a 3-2 semi-final loss in double overtime. The boys stuck to the 5-point game plan but came up just short.
In the first 4 on 4 overtime, the Hawks dominated play but could not capitalize to finish the 99ers. The second overtime was played 3 on 3 but the Hawks ran out of gas and were unable to generate any offense. Brantford ended it at 9:34 of the double overtime. Brantford went on to beat Caledonia in the finals to keep the championship trophy in their home town. Many thanks to AP's, Talbo and JP!
