The Hawks continued their improved play vs the number one team in the division.  Cameron Martin held his teamates in the game for as long as he could stopping a number of point blank shots.  The Hawks finished the game strong by playing an even third period with the Hamilton club, as Owen Rivard banged in a rebound off a scramble from Matt Rajamaki, and Jack Niesen.  Special mention and game Monsters included Tim Gushue and Brandon Tasker who played a strong puck possession game.
Next up for the Hawks is Brantford on Sunday at home.
