Major PeeWee, 2014-2015, Select (Cambridge Minor Hockey)

The Major Peewee Select Team won the Alliance Championship last weekend beating Lawfield 4-1 in the finals. After a tough start to the tournament with an opening game 2-1 loss to Chedoke where they just couldn't find the back of the net, the team regrouped to go undefeated the next 5 games to bring home the title beating Rosedale 6-2, Lawfield 5-2, Branford 4-1 (quarter-final), Burlington 4-3 (semi-final), and then Lawfield in the final 4-1.  Congratulations go out to all the players, parents, and coaches for all their hard work this year.  Way to go Hawks, and thanks for an outstanding ...

The Peewee Select Hawks went undefeated on their way to winning the Stoney Creek Winterfest Select Tournament this past weekend.  Strong team defense and solid goaltending saw them give up only  2 goals over the entire tournament, while a strong fore check and timely scoring proved too much for their opponents.  Congratulations goes out to all team members and parents for their hard work and support.  Go Hawks Go!
