Justin Francoz Player Profile
Over the course of the next few months HSN will take you behind the helmets and allow our readers the opportunity to get to know each member of the HAWKS just a little bit!

NAME:  Justin Francoz

POSITION:  D

NUMBER:  6

FAVOURITE NHL TEAM: Pittsburgh Penguins / Boston Bruins

FAVOURITE PLAYER:  Kris Letang

FAVOURITE THING TO DO AWAY FROM THE ARENA:  Play drums, street hockey, baseball, go on his crazy cart, horseback riding, play tennis, go to the beach, play football, basketball and soccer.

FAVOURITE MOTIVATIONAL SAYING:  There is no 'I' in TEAM

THOUGHTS ON WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP THE TEAM:  Be a strong D-man who can step up and stop goals / plays.  Also train and practice hard every time he steps on the ice.

COACH'S TWO CENTS: Justin Francoz is a player that every coach in our league would love to have.  Justin works hard in both games and practices and is a great teammate.  Although Frank had a bit of rough start to his 2015/16 hockey season he has worked through those things and in my opinion his hard work has paid off.  When Frank is playing with confidence he can be a dominant defenceman in this league.  Frank is smart d-man with a natural ability to see the game.  We have been working with Frank to realize his potential and have encouraged him to take some chances as opposed to sitting back.  Frank has got great speed so if he were to take those chances he has the ability to get right back into the play to help out his partner.  Frank will play a VERY big role in the success of the HAWKS as we roll into playoffs.  Not only is Justin a great teammate but he is an awesome person.  I know for certain that the rest of the Staff and myself have really enjoyed getting to know Justin this past season and appreciate all his hard work!  Well done Frank!!
