Champions, Champions, Champions
As the final 8 games took place the Novice Black team went 7 & 1 to finish 1st and claim the League Championship banner
The boys then handled Kitchener White in the semis to set up a "tilt" with Kitchener Blue for the East/Central finals. Our boys played great and after 3 hard fought games earned a second Championship banner
On to the Novice Teir 2 Alliance Championship they marched.....after making easy work of the 2 London teams our boys faced Kitchener Blue again with the winner advancing to the finals.......a 5-2 victory was in the cards.
The final Championship game found us against Blue one more time. Down 1-0 after 2 our boys scored 3 quick ones to take control. But the fight was not over and a score of 3-3 held on 'till we snipped top corner with 8 seconds left and raise their 3rd banner in just 4 weeks
Thank you to all the fans for supporting our boys all season. Huge thanks to the Coaches who provided so many life lessons this season to our children.
