U10/11 Select, 2023-2024, Select (Cambridge Minor Hockey)

This past weekend, our Cambridge Hawks U10/U11 Select team participated in the Barrie House League Select tournament. Our Hawks were on quite a roll of late, winning their last 5 games by a combined score of 32-4 with three shutouts

Tonight, with the help of the assistant coaches, we announced our leadership group for our team following practice. Please join me in congratulating the following players: Captain - Nathan B Assistant - Ali W Assistant - Calvin H Assistant - Preston G Although we can only assign letters to four players, as coach Rene mentioned, any of our players could wear a letter as each of them brings something special to our team. We as a coaching staff are excited to see what the next three months holds for our team with this group of players leading them.

In advance of our game tonight, I'd like to take a moment to wish everyone a Happy Holiday and a Joyful New Year. It has been a pleasure to coach this team and I look forward to the balance of the season and our successes.

On Tuesday night, our Cambridge Hawks U11 Select team will battle the U11 Waterloo Wolves, 6:00 pm at Duncan McIntosh Arena. Players are expected to arrive by 5:40 pm and be dressed and ready to go by no later than 5:55 pm. We'll see you all there!
