How do I check and get my jersey?
When you arrive Saturday there will be someone at the front desk to check you in and provide you with a tryout jersey (jersey must be returned after
each skate). If you have not yet registered your child or paid for tryouts, you will not be permitted to participate in the tryout. Registration may be done on the spot, but proof of payment will need to be required. Please ensure you have proof of payment and registration with you in case there is any discrepancy with the list provided to the person at the desk from the CMHA.
How many tryouts will my child get?
Players are only guaranteed ONE tryout.
How are tryouts evaluated?
Tryouts will be evaluated by a group of independent evaluators as well as myself. Please do not approach evaluators, they will not provide any feedback.
How will I know if my child was released?
All player updates will be listed through the U10AAA team website. Please check for an update after each tryout to see if your child is expected to show up to the next evaluation or if they have been released.
Successful Players!
Signing a piece of paper is a thing of the past. This year, the process will be done electronically. If your child is successful, you will receive a link to register your child with the team.
I understand that this is an exciting but also stressful time for both parents and athletes. All I ask, is for the players to try their hardest and the parents be respectful to those around them and the process. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to me.
