What a great skate today! We told the kids we’d push them hard for the first 30 minutes and then see who still had some fight left for the battle drills — and wow, did they deliver!
Every skater out there should be proud of their effort.
I’d also like to take a moment to thank all the evaluators and on-ice helpers. Hopefully, you noticed how engaged they were — and I believe it really showed in the great flow of the drills. Thank you, volunteers, for your time and commitment!
Because of such a strong showing, we’ve decided to take a bit more time reviewing the evaluations before making any decisions, as there will be some releases.
We will post the inter-squad lineup on Monday evening for Tuesday’s game.
