I am excited to announce the tryouts to for
the Cambridge Hawks U16 BB is beginning Monday May 5th.
Tryout dates & locations
Monday, May 5th 8:00 – 9:00 pm @ Hespeler Arena rink 1
Wednesday,May 7th 8:15 - 9:00 pm @ Cambridge Sports park (3)
Saturday, May 10th 3:30 – 5:30 pm @ Hespeler Arena rink 2 (Game)
Sunday, May 11th 4:00 – 6:00 pm @ Hespeler Arena rink 2
I am thrilled to see
what each player has to bring, and even more excited to build and support a
truly amazing upcoming season.
Please arrive 1 hour before tryouts.
We will be handing out a form with a QR code.
Please scan the code for information on what to expect during tryouts and what
this year's development plan will be.
- Players will check in with the sign-in table at the front, receive jersey numbers, and be assigned to teams or groups.
- If the player is not on the tryout list, they must register online through the Cambridgeminorhockey.com website, and provide proof of such.
- Please return your jerseys to the check in table on your way out.
- Parents and players should be aware that players can be released
after each ice time.
- After each try-out, the Hawks website will be
updated with the player roster moving forward. A final roster will be posted
within 24-hours of tryout completion.
- Coaches may observe work ethic and attitude even before drills
begin.
- Coaches look for players who hustle every shift, don’t give up on
plays, and encourage teammates.
