Minor Bantam, 2010-2011, A (Cambridge Minor Hockey)

The boys have improved there overall tournament record to 9-0-2 in winning the Waterloo Memorial tournament this past weekend. After going undefeated in round robin play the Hawks entered Sundays play as the #1 seed. In the semifinal the team found themselves down 2-0 after one period of play, only to battle back for the eventual 3-2 victory over Pickering. The final ended up pitting Cambridge against Brantford with great goaltending at both ends of the ice. The Hawks played solid in round robin play finishing with a 2-0-1 record. In the semi-finals the boys knocked off the hometown Raiders by a score of 5-0. In the final the Hawks were down 2-0 heading into the third period. In dramatic fashion and with an amazing effort the team came back for the 3-2 victory and the tournament Championship.
