Hawks/Knights Squander Numerous Chances
The Bantam Hawks met up with the London Jr. Knights for a rare Thursday night game yesterday evening. The game saw both teams squander numerous glorious scoring chances and this ultimately resulted in a 1-1 tie. Austin Sine kept the hot hand, scoring the lone Hawk goal.

Assists went to Parker Wood and Brett Wilson. Owen Savory was strong between the pipes. The Hawks had more of the chances early in this game but just couldn't bury them. Then, as often happens, the Knights scored the opening goal of the game. But the Hawks kept pressing and were finally rewarded on the P.P. when Sine tipped in Wood's slap shot from the point.
The Hawks next see action in Brantford on Saturday.
