Major Midget, 2012-2013, BB (Cambridge Minor Hockey)

Well.... we managed to not let the Spitfires get ahead of us tonight but a Tie wasn't good enough to keep us in the series. One point was enough for the Spitfires to take us out. Cameron Moulton opened the scoring in the First period with an assist going to Fowler. Ryan Fowler scored early in the 2nd period with an assist going to Robbins. Next to score was Mitchell Walker with an assist going to Murphy. 4th Goal was scored by Cameron Moulton with an assist going to Puim. Ryan Fowler Scored again in the 3rd for his third point of the Game assisted by Walker. We ended the 3rd with a 5-5 tie ...

Have to win the next one or we're done! We were ahead 2-0 at the end of the first, 2-1 at the end of the second and down 3-2 at the end of the third. Spitfires came out harder than we did in the 3rd and it paid off for them. We had a lot of shots throughout with lots of rebounds that we were't in position to drive home. Our first Goal scored by Alex Watson unassisted. 2nd Goal scored by MJ Barnes assisted Austin Puim and Mitchell Walker. Practice Monday night 9:30 Galt Arena

Only 14 minutes in the Box for us and 26 for Spitfires but all we could do is Tie. A Lot of good shots but only Ryan Fowler got one past the Goalie and it was unassisted. Today was Sam MacPhersons last Game with us. Thanks for all you help Sam, your hard work was appreciated.

Nice shutout for Joey Patterson! 2 Goals for Sean McGlogan, 2 Goals and 2 assists for Cameron Moulton, 1 Goal for Neely Ralph, 3 assists for Liam Campbell and 1 for Justin Fisher. 38 minutes in Penalties and a 1 Game suspension. Tigers had 78 minutes and 2 players with a Game suspension. Stats now up to date.

Only 22 minutes in the Box! No Penalties for Unsportsman like conduct and no suspensions! Great Job! First Goal scored by Sam MacPherson assisted by Moulton. Second Goal scored by Sean McGlogan when he was is the right place to plant it after a rebounded shot from Ralph. Third Goal by Cameron Moulton unassisted when he got the Puck right from the face off, skated around until he was bored and then slipped it past the Goalie. Fourth Goal also by Moulton shorthanded when he received a pass off the Glass from Robbins. Big 3 point Game for Moulton. Great job Cameron.
